Presidential Race

Utah is a red state that Trump won in 2016. Biden has almost no chance of winning this state in 2020. And yet, the number of eligible voters in Utah who did not vote in 2016 is larger than the number who supported Trump.

And the number of young people who did not vote in 2016, combined with the number of young people who have turned 18 since then, would outnumber the Trump voters if they voted along with other Democrats for Biden in Utah.
