Alignment with the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons is a commitment, so far as we are able,

"never to assist, encourage or induce, in any way, anyone to engage in any activity prohibited by the Treaty"

(from Article 1, paragraph (e) of the 2017 Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons)

That means, as far as we are able:

1. not being directly involved in the research, manufacture, handling, transport or deployment of nuclear weapons;

2. not supplying or contracting with any of the companies that make or deal with nuclear weapons themselves;

3. not purchasing goods or services from those companies;

4. not having any money invested directly in any of those companies
