H.3688/S.1555 is a bill that would establish a Citizens Commission to investigate the threat posed by nuclear weapons to the citizens of Massachusetts. It failed to make it out of committee in 2019-20, but finally made it out successfully in May of this year. The MA legislature has until July 31st to vote on it, so this is our “final push” to get it passed into law!
